APPETIZERS

BAKED BRIE Aged brie cheese baked and topped with an apple chutney served with roasted garlic, vine ripe grapes and crispy French bread.   
 
BREWHOUSE HOT WINGS Spicey chicken wings roasted with fresh herbs, fried crispy, tossed with special house spices and served with a blue cheese dipping sauce.   
 
BAKED OYSTERS THREE WAYS A half dozen fresh shucked oysters topped with crab & saffron, spinach & herbsaint and spicy eggplant.   
 
SEAFOOD ANDOUILLE GUMBO Shrimp and Louisiana blue crab plus spicy Andouille sausage served with steamed rice.   
 
SHRIMP REMOULADE Large gulf shrimp boiled in special brewhouse seasonings, coated with a white remoulade sauce and served on tender mixed greens.   
 
LOUISIANA CRAB CAKE Fresh lump crabmeat, green onions, jalapenos, roasted garlic mayonnaise; on fried escarole; sauces of plum tomato and white remoulade.   
 
FRIED CALAMARI Calamari lightly dusted and deep fried golden brown, served with a spicy marinara sauce.   
 
FRESH SHUCKED OYSTERS Fresh Louisiana oysters ice cold and shucked to order. Try 'em with our special cocktail sauce.   
 

SANDWICHES

OYSTER CLUB Fresh shucked Louisiana Oysters rolled in oats then deep fried, layered with fresh spinach leaves, avocado, radishes, tomatoes, sauerkraut, and grilled Canadian bacon, herbsaint aioli served on fresh wheat bread with homemade potato chips.   
 
DECATUR ST. BURGER Choice, lean beef charbroiled to your liking and served on a fresh bun with French fried potatoes. Dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles.   
 
BREWHOUSE BLT Crispy smoked bacon, leaves of fried basil and vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella on a brioche served with honey balsamic romaine hearts.   
 
GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH Fresh chicken breasts grilled over an open flame and dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles served on brioche with fried potatoes.   
 
WOLF?S GERMAN SAUSAGE PLATTER Our own pork sausage is served with traditional sauerkraut, house potatoes. One of Brewmaster Wolf's personal favorites.   
 
FRIED SHRIMP POBOY A hearty sandwich of delectable Gulf shrimp, dipped in our own beer batter and deep-fried. Dressed and served with a side of creamy potato salad.

GRILLED TUNA SALAD Fresh ahi tuna seared rare, tossed with mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion confit, cucumbers and avocados. Served with a creamy wasabi buttermilk dressing.   
 
WARM CRABCAKE SALAD Seared Louisiana Crabcake served warm, on a bed of fresh greens, hard boiled eggs, red onions, calamata olives, parmesan and cheddar cheese with a lemon balsamic vinaigrette   
 
SHRIMP SALAD Seared jumbo gulf shrimp, tossed with basil cream pesto, served with baby greens, tomatoes, crispy bacon, sweet onions and peanut vinaigrette.   
 
CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD Fritters of fried chicken breast with avocado, hard boiled egg, vine ripe tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon on baby greens with honey mustard dressing.   
 
BREWHOUSE CAESAR SALAD We've perfected this traditional salad of crisp Romaine hearts and crunchy homemade croutons with our own delightfully creamy Caesar dressing.   
 
BEER GARDEN SALAD Baby greens, vine ripe tomatoes, calamata olives, crispy cucumber and homemade croutons, buttermilk ranch dressing.   
 

ENTREES

SOUTHERN CRISPY DUCK Slow roasted and flash fried, a half duck partially deboned. Served with homemade andouille cornbread dressing and southern greens, glazed with a pepper jelly au jus.   
 
SOUTHERN FRIED CATFISH Fresh Southern Catfish fillet rubbed with Creole seasonings, lightly battered and fried crispy. Served with our creamy homemade potato salad and tangy tartar sauce.   
 
PASTA JAMBALAYA Our take on this traditional dish of Shrimp, Crawfish, Chicken and spicy Andouille Sausage sauteed together with sweet peppers and onions, tossed with linguine pasta.   
 
RED FISH ST.LOUIS Fresh red fish pan seared, topped with fried oysters and smothered with a spicy barbeque sauce of butter, black pepper and worcestershire served with a side of creamy potato salad.   
 
GRILLED RIBEYE STEAK A choice 12oz rib cut of beef, grilled to your liking. Served with creamy house potatoes and vegetables. Topped with a garlic maitre'd butter.   
 
GRILLED TUNA ORLEANS Fresh Ahi tuna grilled, topped with sauteed Jumbo Shrimp with a red onion confit, portobello mushrooms and pan seared tomatoes in a lemon beurre blanc.   
 
SOFTSHELL CRAB CAPRI Louisiana soft shell crab deep fried and topped with crawfish, artichoke bottoms, and roasted peppers finished with a vermouth butter.   
 
BREWHOUSE RIBS After smoking choice tender pork ribs, we slowly roast and grill them over an open flame served with creamy potato salad and southern baked beans.   
 
CRABMEAT STUFFED SHRIMP Jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with lumps of Louisiana crabmeat, jalapenos, green onions and seasoned bread crumbs. Broiled and served with vegetable mélange, beurre blanc sauce and homestyle potatoes.   
 
SHRIMP PAPPARDELLE Wide noodle pasta with jumbo gulf shrimp pan sauteed with crispy bacon, peas, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce of fresh basil and parmesan cheese.

PILSNER light crisp and traditionally hoppy beer with a soft palate and floral bouquet. Light both in color and taste, it is The "Classic" Old World Beer that will be most familiar to the individual who prefers domestic beers.   
 
RED STALLION A malty, aromatic and hoppy mixture. Copper colored, this beer is medium strong and full of flavor. Vienna Style.   
 
BLACK FOREST A full-bodied dark mahogany beer, with a rich malty texture. It is strong and sparsely hopped, in the traditional Munich style.   
 
WEISS BEER Golden unfiltered ?wheat? beer. Smooth quality with hints of banana and clove with a spicy finish.
